Your Black Friday emails can’t generate sales if they don’t reach the inbox. You have planned the offers, built the campaigns and booked the sending calendar. The last open question is whether your customers will actually see the emails.

This year, MailSoar is running a Black Friday Email Deliverability Readiness operation for the weeks leading up to Black Friday (November 27) and Cyber Monday (November 30): a free pre-Black Friday deliverability check and a live webinar with our CEO, Pierre Pignault. Here is what it includes, how it works and how to take part.

Why Black Friday puts your inbox placement at risk

Peak season changes how you send. Volumes go up, campaigns come more often, and the content is more promotional than usual. Mailbox providers judge your reputation on how recipients react, so any weakness in your setup or your list shows up fastest when you send the most.

Four signals tend to decide where your emails land:

  • Authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC that are missing, misaligned or only partly configured.
  • Recipient reactions: spam complaints and low engagement after a sudden jump in volume.
  • List quality: bounces, invalid addresses and contacts who stopped opening a long time ago.
  • Blacklists: a domain or IP listed on a blacklist that mailbox providers consult.

We won’t put a dollar figure on the cost, because it depends on your list and your sends. The logic is simple, though: a promotion that lands in spam is a promotion nobody sees, and you can’t resend Black Friday.

What we are launching

The operation has two parts, built to work together.

A free pre-Black Friday deliverability check. It helps you identify potential inbox placement issues and prioritize what to fix before your peak-season campaigns go live. You then review the results with a MailSoar deliverability expert. There is no commitment. The free check is a first look at your situation, not a full audit, and we only promise what we can actually check.

A live webinar with Pierre Pignault, CEO of MailSoar. A practical session on the deliverability risks to watch for before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with a live Q&A. It ends with an invitation to request the free check.

You can start with either one. The check tells you where you stand, and the webinar shows you what to do about it.

How the free deliverability check works

The process takes three steps, from request to a clear list of priorities.

  1. Request your check. Fill in the short form on the free deliverability check page, or through the LinkedIn form if you came from one of our ads.
  2. We look at your situation. A MailSoar deliverability expert reviews your sending setup and looks for potential inbox placement issues.
  3. Review the results together. You get a results review with clear, prioritized recommendations, so you know what to fix first before Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

The webinar: protect your inbox placement before peak season

Join Pierre Pignault, CEO of MailSoar, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm Paris time (12:00 pm ET, 9:00 am PT). It is free, and it is built for the people who send the emails: CRM, email marketing, lifecycle, growth and revenue teams.

You will leave with:

  • what to check before your biggest campaigns go live
  • the warning signs that matter most
  • the actions to prioritize in the weeks before Black Friday and Cyber Monday
  • answers to your own questions, in the live Q&A

Can’t attend live? Register anyway: the replay will be available on our Resources page once you enter your email.

Start now: a short pre-Black Friday checklist

You don’t need to wait for the check or the webinar to begin. These actions are worth doing in the next few days:

  • Verify authentication. Make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are in place and aligned for every domain and every tool that sends on your behalf.
  • Check for blacklists. Look up your sending domains and IPs, and fix any listing before the big sends.
  • Review recent campaigns. Look at complaint and bounce trends, and remove invalid or long-inactive addresses.
  • Increase volume gradually. If you plan to send more than usual, ramp up over several sends instead of all at once.
  • Send to engaged contacts first. Positive reactions early in a campaign help the rest of it.
  • Test before the big send. Check where your emails land before launch, not after.

Improve your email deliverability and maximize inbox placement with MailSoar.

We partnered with MailSoar to improve our email deliverability and sender reputation. They helped us set up a new dedicated subdomain to isolate our transactional/marketing mail flow from our primary domain, and worked with us to bring our DMARC compliance up to 97%. Since implementing MailSoar's recommendations, our email delivery rate has climbed to 99.6%. Just as importantly, the sender reputation for both humanx.co and mail.humanx.co went from "Bad" to "High". A great turnaround that's had a real impact on our ability to reliably reach our audience.
